FAQ - Communication

How will I receive information from the Service? You will be asked to provide an email address when you enrol in our service. All invoices, statement, reflections  and other information will be sent to you electronically either via email or Skoolbag.
We also ask families to ensure they download the Skoolbag App for events calendar, alerts and other helpful information.

I downloaded the Skoolbag App on my smart phone but I can't log in?
As this is a secure site you will need a Username and Password.  If you have not recieved this, please contact us. 

If I want to discuss my child's progress or other matters who should I speak to? Chat to our Educational Room Leaders at any time or call to check on your child.  To ensure high quality programs for the children are implemented, each room has an Educational Room Leader. The Educational Room Leaders support all staff in the delivery of an innovative, hands-on approach to individual learning. The Educational Room Leaders ensure the program reflects the Early Years Learning Framework, Belonging, Being and Becoming and the National Quality Framework. These chats can be formal or informal and can occur via phone, through scheduled meeting or at drop off and/or collection.

How will I be notified if my child is sick or has an accident? Upon enrolment you will nominate appropriate contacts. We would then contact those nominated by phone as needed.
