At KBTB we manage all our waitlist enquiries online through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service. It's easy to add your child to our waitlist :

Step 1 -  “Register” using MFL at the bottom of page & enter your and your child's details

Step 2 -  Create a Booking Request. A Waitlist request is complete once there is a record in Booking Request.

• Under 24mth - Select Centre "Kids by the Bay BUB HUB"
• Over 24mth - Select Centre "Kids by the Bay"
• Under 3yrs of age, a minimum booking of 2 days is required
• For Kindergarten bookings please select the service "Kids by the Bay"
• Without a “Booking Request” your child is not on our waitlist
• Do not complete the child "enrolment" at this time
  

Note:

• A waitlist request does not guarantee a place
• If your child is offered a place, a $500 bond is required before commencement with the service (refunded at end of care)

Adding a 2nd Child to the Waitlist

Step 1 -  "Sign in" and "Enter child's details"
          

Step 2 -  Select "New Request" under "Booking Request" & select added child's
             name.  Without a “Booking Request” your child is not on our waitlist. 

You can manage your child's enrolment through the My Family Lounge service (MFL). “Sign-In” to update family details, request changes to days, add a newborn child etc.
